The Library includes three departments – the Lending Room (rm 122), the Reading Room (rm 121) and the Record Library (rm 118). The current opening hours of individual departments can be found here .

The Library has both online catalogues and card catalogues. The library also provides access to licensed electronic resources (so-called e-resources).

Who can use the library?

Anyone interested can use the library resources on site, while students and employees of our Academy and the Institute of Musicology of the Jagiellonian University can borrow ordered publications.

To be able to borrow materials from the AMKP Library resources, you must first register. To do this, you need to go to the Lending Room (rm 122) with a valid identity document – in the case of students and doctoral students it must be a valid student or doctoral student ID card.

After registering with the Library, the data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR (See the privacy notice).
