Scholarship from the Own Scholarship Fund

General information

 

Scholarships from the Own Scholarship Fund include in particular:

  • student scholarships for outstanding studying results, including individual artistic or scientific achievements, e.g. realizing an artistic or scientific/research project, an outstanding academic performance during the semester, confirmed by the dean or artistic supervisor,
  • scholarships for students entitled to receive the rector’s scholarship on the basis of Article 91 sec. 1 of the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science, hereinafter referred to as the “Act”, who may not be granted the scholarship from the general Scholarship Fund, mentioned in Article 409 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act, due to the limit of scholarships mentioned in Article 91 sec. 3 of the Act.

 

 

Documents

 

  1. Application for the scholarship from the Own Scholarship Fund for AMKP students (APPLICATION FORM - see in attachments below)
  2. Documents confirming the achieved outstanding academic performance or artistic or scientific achievements from the previous academic year, in particular:
  • photocopies of diplomas and other documents confirming the achievements,
  • the opinion of the dean or an artistic supervisor.

Each achievement may be presented only once.

 

 

Deadlines

 

The application with the documents may be submitted in the Teaching Office (Dział Nauczania, room 309, 3rd floor) every day, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. within the following dates:

until October 31st, 2024

or until March 1st, 2025.

 

 

Scholarship disbursement

 

Scholarship from the Own Scholarship Fund may be a one-time payment or may be disbursed every month for no longer than 9 months.

The decision on granting or refusing to grant the scholarship from the Own Scholarship Fund is not an administrative decision within the meaning of The Code of Administrative Procedure and may not be appealed.

The amount of the scholarship and the period for which it is granted are defined by the AMKP Rector.

The Scholarship is paid by a bank transfer to a bank account indicated by the student.
